Can I print something in color with just the color cartridge full?
My printer only has the color cartridge full, THE ONE WITH THE BLACK INK ISN’T, and I wanted to print something in color, can I with just one cartridge?
My printer is an HP Deskjet D2545
Yes, but you wont have black in the print out and you dont realize how much black is used until you dont have it.

Yes you can. However the results may be a little less than you may wish for. Multi color pictures use black to some degree, for shadows, fine details.

The color will not come out right. The three colors in the color cartridge and bright. The brightness is darkened by mixing it with black ink. Your picture will come out with odd colors most likely.

Nope, believe it or not a printer needs black to print in color.

some don;t allow it.
just try.. no harm..
